How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe location and truck were not the problem. The problem was I had to do mobile pick up which the app was not letting us upload the pictures like required to finish the rental. So I had to call the 800 number which took a very long time and finally had to email the pictures to someone but when we took the truck back five or six hours later, then we were able to use the Mobile feature and the pictures of the truck at night time uploaded is fine.
