The gentleman that worked there was very friendly and helped me hook up the trailer. Even helped me install the correct size ball on my hitch when I didn't have all the tools I needed.

Russell SThe location is in a pretty shady part of town, however the gentleman I dealt with was very nice and helpful. The truck itself looked very old and had cosmetic damage. The truck drove very rough and pulled heavily, and loud knocking, was relieved it made it for the trip. Customer service was good, truck and location need a lot of help.
GREGORY TDropoff was fine. Original dropoff of Storage Sense was not open on Sunday when they said they would be. Had to drag the trailer back home and call back in and change the dropoff location again.

douglas fThe return was simply at a storage unit facility which was not staffed. I positioned the trailer outside of a secured fenced area next to a U-Haul truck. I would’ve felt much more comfortable, returning it with a staff facility, one that could assist unhooking the trailer. It wasn’t easy for me to do myself.

Karen FThis location was excellent from the proprietor to the 5x8 trailer. This was the first time I got a ramp trailer, and I was surprised and pleased. It was needed for what we moved. I don't know how to request a ramp next time, but I'll try. A problem was with the scheduling person. I asked for a specific location at 11am. I was scheduled at a different location at 10 am. The day before pickup, the pickup location was changed to Pineapple Storage which was a THIRD location. The dropoff location was set to somewhere in the middle of Rochester NY, where I distinctly told the scheduler dropoff would be at 290 Jefferson Road, Henrietta, NY. Your corporate scheduling person could use some customer service training. What I would have liked is a discount for these items: 1) Returning it 2 days early, 2) taking the trailer on the AutoTrain which eliminated 811 miles of trailer travel (I have proof, and could have supplied the proof)
MICHAEL FThis whole reservation for what was s originally The Van then at very last minute was told it has to be switch to a 10x10!! The tank wasn't even full, and yes I😄photos filthy box part of truck!! Oh here is the kicker,this one will have you for sure!! SHE DIDN'T EVEN SET THE RENTAL UP CORRECTLY AFTER SWITCHING EVERYTHING AROUND!! MY TRIP HAD BEEN SET FOR OUT OF TOWN TRAVELS,BUT SHE DIDN'T SET THE BOX TRUCK BACK UP WITH THE SAME INFO!! I AM CONTACTING A LAWYER OF THIS SITUATION IMMEDIATELY!! Could you Please explain why is it y'all keep calling me Tracey? Also what is that RIDICULOUS charge y'all went and sent her last evening?? Tracey UI have used Uhaul equipment many times over the last twenty years and I have never been disappointed. My last rental was no different. The equipment is always clean and in very good condition. This occasion introduced me to Stewart (spelling?) he was very friendly and professional. I absolutely recommend this location to anyone looking for moving equipment.
JOSEPH VThe whole 24/7 experience was a hassle, took over 30 minutes to secure my truck, which had no license plate, and then another hassle to drop it off. I have less issues renting cars during frequent business trips. Will do my best to never rent from U-Haul again.

John TI would not recommend U-Haul to anyone because of the fact that I have to pay for extra days when I don’t need them
Vito RIs no parking the truck is Left Outside the gate for you and you have to swap the rental truck out for your vehicle which is a little difficult at night

BONNIE HBusiness was behind a locked gate. You had to call a phone number and they told you how to get in. Number wasn't in a convenient place so that you would notice it. Would not recommend as an easy place to drop off.
bob jI rented an 4x8 trailer. No ability to lock the tongue if removed from the vehicle. Chain hooks opening to thin, chain would not stay connected to vehicle and would draw. Had to re-hook a number of times. Also pulled the plug for lights loose. Bad design.

JIM MI was not informed that my drop-off location had been changed, and so I was forced to drive miles out of my way to drop off the truck, which 54 U-Store refused to accept. This was highly inconvénient and upsetting.
