Gregory SNever received access code to get the keys for after hours pickup therefore ended up being 3 hours behind. No customer service because apparently there is no 24 hour service!! I will never use uhaul again. I always have major issues with them.
BRENDA SBest to triple check that good operating equipment that you reserve isn’t taken by area manager and swapped with something defective. My Cairo transport was not road worthy. Little or no brakes.
