She went above and beyond to make sure what I was quoted was the price I paid. Calling the main UHaul number the day before, I made the reservation and was quoted 157$. At pick up my price was 224$ She gave me the discount I was promised for returning the truck to a different location. No one can explain how that happened. But Pink Chicks helped me!! She was wonderful and I would recommend them to anyone. Fair and honest

Elizabeth BAt the young age of 76, I have rented many U-Hauls, Ryder trucks, etc. The management of this location is head and shoulders above any! They go way above and beyond to make sure your experience is a good one and they are extremely professional.

Alan CTina was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! The best experience I’ve ever had with Uhaul. I was moving, from GA to TX, and had decided to travel to FL to visit my brother and sister-in-law first. I originally only needed a trailer for 10-12 days. However, while in FL my dog became very ill and we were delayed by over a week, and then delayed again while in route between FL and TX. I kept having to call Tina and ask her to add another week here, another day there, and then another, and another. She was so patient and kind each time, and always immediately sent me an updated email. Thank you so much, Tina, for your kindness. You made the loooooong trek and our difficult circumstances so much easier on us!

William GWas charged $29.70 for extra mileage. U-haul vehicle gas gauge was slightly half full when I picked up the 10’ truck. When I dropped off the vehicle, the gas gauge read almost full. It costed me $72.00 to fill the trucks gas tank. My advice is, since half of $72 is $36, I believe U-haul should now credit the $29.70 to my debit card/checking account. Thank you. Richard Hatfield

It sounds like this was not at all her fault, and she made sure that I was not charged for them, but I definitely should have been notified ahead of time that there were not going to be any furniture pads for me.

christopher pThe Associate that helped us was very nice and apologetic, but the location of our original pickup was changed which took more time to get things done and the truck we payed for was not available which caused us to be able to move in one trip. This incident. Was not caused by the associate or the location of pickup. We were informed that the associate in the original location of pickup had lost all the keys to the size of truck that we had payed for.
Kyle MTina helped me pick out the best truck for my needs, and figure out mileage etc. I will for sure recommend her to anyone who needs a U-Haul!
CASCHAN APersonal interaction was great, employee that I dealt with was kind and accommodating! The location itself was definitely "off the beaten path" and (becuase of the rain) was very muddy. Not really much that can be done about that but just an observation.

Robin DThe place didn’t have good internet connection. Person didn’t get out of their car to help hook the trailer up or assist my husband with trailer. Didn’t receive any paperwork until after we left. Did appreciate they were open on holiday Saturday weekend though.

MARLEIGH CAfter running into issues with the 1-800 number in regards to the drop off location the owner of The Pink Chicks was able to resolve the issue 100%. She took the problem and made other own to resolve the issue. I would highly recommend her for further rentals.
