This is a dirt, (unpaved) lot in a rural location. After recent rain, the entire rental lot was a giant mud pit. I stopped in front of the office, but the lady in charge instructed me to drive to the back of the lot, turn around and come back. I was driving a 26 foot truck and pulling a 12 foot trailer. While attempting to turn around, the vehicle got stuck in deep mud. I was then scolded by the lot lady, who remained in her car, presumably to keep her feet out of the mud. Low marks for this place.

BRUCE DThe lot was 100% red mud. My shoes got ruined. My car almost got stuck. And the uhaul truck did get stuck in the mud. I needed an appliance dolly to move a fridge and the location didn’t have one so they took it off my reservation and DID NOT notify me. I had to drive all over town to find one at the last minute, and ended up having to get one from Home Depot instead. This is the 3rd or 4th time that an appliance dolly has not been available and I was not notified. This experience was very frustrating yet again, and I will not be using uhaul to move in the future.
Elyse SNot pick up location fault. Reserved uhaul 5x9 utility trailer with ramp one way at location in South Tyler Texas. Was notified a day before pickup that trailer was not available at reserved location and not another available in Tyler (city of 100,000+. Had to drive 45min each way to pick up at this remote location north of Lindale TX
