Pamela Cfirst went to the froghole location on 133 south in Leland and the owner of the business was real hateful and informed me he did not have a 6x12 trailer available until 10 the next morning had only one 6x12 and if I rented it I would have to return it to his location was renting one way so I had to return back to PINNACLE U-HAUL in Leland and wait an hour for them to reopen at 2 oclock so I could get a 6x12 trailer very nice people to deal with will be renting from them for any future needs of a U-HAUL trailer not at the froghole on 133 south and was told by a U-HAUL DEALER that when you rent a U-HAUL trailer that you do not have to return it to the same location that you rented it from just wondering if that is true

Matthew WThe young woman at the front desk was really helpful. We had a reservation and when we arrived she went out to the truck to make sure it was clean and ready to go. We got through the paperwork quickly and she had us out the door within 190 minutes. Made the return really easy as well. Truck was clean. Column gear shift was quite rough but other than that the truck was good.

RODNEY MTruck was not cleaned, hand truck was left in the back and the loading ramp was not clipped in place potentially causing a serious accident while driving the truck. Both when I picked up and dropped off the truck were well within business hours but no one was there.
Nicholas PRented a truck 4-5 times I got in this one there was empty cans behind the seat, brakes were not good, alignment was off center it made driving my 13 hour trip tough, and an hour before I got to my destination the truck was tugging for 30 minutes as I was going 60 mph.. always had good experiences but this one was terrible
Ronnie AIt was the fastest hook-up (including electric check) and return I have experienced. Not the closes U-Haul facility to my house, but I would consider using them in the future,

EDWARD BThis is the 2nd time I dropped off a rental to this location - but no one was there - so I couldn't determine if the place was clean and inviting - since I couldn't get into the location.
SUSAN RI dropped off the trailer at 9:30 a.m. and he didn’t check it in until 2:00 therefore he charged me for another day of use. It had to be turned in by 1:00 to avoid the charge. I’m still waiting to hear back from

veronica mThis location is great. Usually rent here unless need a pickup earlier than 9am. But the truck itself. The truck had less than 10,000 miles so for it to leak rain was a surprise. However this truck had a water leak in the overcab attic space. A dozen plus boxes got ruined. The move using this truck was for items/boxes that planned to stay in storage. So we are now forced to buy new boxes and re-pack. uHaul asked if we took pictures. Who has time when moving to stop and take pictures for damages caused by a leaking truck.
