The young woman at the front desk was really helpful. We had a reservation and when we arrived she went out to the truck to make sure it was clean and ready to go. We got through the paperwork quickly and she had us out the door within 190 minutes. Made the return really easy as well. Truck was clean. Column gear shift was quite rough but other than that the truck was good.

RODNEY MTruck was not cleaned, hand truck was left in the back and the loading ramp was not clipped in place potentially causing a serious accident while driving the truck. Both when I picked up and dropped off the truck were well within business hours but no one was there.
Nicholas PRented a truck 4-5 times I got in this one there was empty cans behind the seat, brakes were not good, alignment was off center it made driving my 13 hour trip tough, and an hour before I got to my destination the truck was tugging for 30 minutes as I was going 60 mph.. always had good experiences but this one was terrible
