Believe we have rented five or six times from this location and have always had a great experience. Only once did they not have the equipment we needed, so not much to work on.
Brian BThe experience was great from online reservation, to pick up and drop off of the truck I rented. Marshall, was very clear, concise, professional and friendly during out interactions. The only thing that would have made the process better for me would have been a free minimum mileage offer….my rental was for a very local, short time frame with less than 30 miles all in.
Stephen HI returned the equipment after hours so the personnel raring is for the 1 800 customer service person. I rated this location as average because it was raining steadily when I returned the equipment and this location doesn’t have a covered area to drop off equipment. I had to park equipment in swampy area and take pictures in the pooring rain. Both me and my wife were drenched as a result.
CHRISTOPHER JI was very thankful for how the owner or manager helped me out when I was returning the truck. I was trying to return the truck on time, but the mobile app wasn't working well. He stepped in and quickly processed the rental return. He was great to work with, trustworthy, professional and yet down to earth. I would definitely recommend doing business with Pinnacle Storage in Leland, NC.
