Make sure the equipment doesn’t have human feces in the back of uhauls hidden under moving blankets and treat that costumer who had to deal with the human feces because it got all over their furniture, take them seriously and give them call backs when requesting a manger, a refund, and another U-Haul. I’m the only one calling them, I requested another U-Haul and was told no, I requested a refund and was told no, because the manager had to call me, well I never got a call because turns out manger wasn’t even in the office haha.. seems like someone has been lying to me. We paid for 2 days on the U-Haul but took it back not even 24 hours later and couldn’t get a refund or another truck so we had to make MULTIPLE trips in a Honda accord and truck 40 miles back and forth because we still had a entire house to move out of. Please take your paying costumers seriously and don’t lie to them. I still haven’t got a call back, a refund or another truck. 0 star experience.. do better.
