When we arrived we were told by Emily that she would give us 50 extra miles if we completed a google review. After going through the checkout processs, we realized the 50 miles were never added. When asked about it, she just said that she was unable to add it. I told her that was unfortunate that she advertised it, did not do it and never told us until we asked about it. While we were outside trying to take pictures of the rental she came out and said, she called someone and had 30 miles added but that was the best they could do. Again, I told her it was unfortunate that she advertised one thing and was unable to do that.

Love Pinnacle’s service so much that we go out of the way to find a truck with them! The one closest didn’t have a 20. Hampstead did. Same lovely people we worked with in Scotts Hill!

Gary SI dropped the equipment off on a Sunday morning. An attendant may not have been available. I followed the guidelines in the app so I wasn't looking for anyone.
