Drop off experience was great, very nice person to deal with at the Pinnacle location in Hampstead.
Gary SI dropped the equipment off on a Sunday morning. An attendant may not have been available. I followed the guidelines in the app so I wasn't looking for anyone.
BRITTON ONone needed, all was good especially Emily the service rep.
