SHAWN SPinnacle Storage is fantastic. We used them to rent storage and were happy to go back to rent a U-haul van through them as well. The ladies working there are amazing.

LUTHER MPinnacle Storage was great, my slight complaint would be about the rusty/dirty ratchet straps on the trailer. Maybe use some WD-40 or a similar lubricant that’s suitable for woven straps to keep the ratchet functioning smoothly.

Timothy GKelly and Lynn are the best!! The trucks are clean, ready to go, and well maintained. The storage facility is always clean, great security, and bug/rodent free. Absolutely the best Uhaul/storage facility team in Morehead City.

The knowledge and friendliness of the staff is outstanding and eased the tension. A perfect size truck was available. The truck was well maintained and had a full tank of gas. MICHAEL FLocation and its staff are amazing. You should give Kellie and Lynn a raise bc they covered and fixed your giant mistakes. Uhaul CSRs and 800 dial in offices are horribly run by too many ‘not my job, pass the buck’ people. 4 office locations in different states took 5.5 HOURS of running me all over the place before Pinnacle fixed UHAUL’s mistakes!

MICHAEL WUp until I started to deal with Pinnacle Storage and U-Haul rental in Morehead City NC my experience was a nightmare. I was lucky enough to work with two exceptional employees, Lynn, Livingston, and Kellie Beaddles. These two women were professional, supportive, helpful, and you should be proud to deal with such wonderful employees. They were the only bright spot of my recent move. If not for them, I probably still wouldn’t have gotten a truck. Five stars to both ladies and to Pinnacle itself. THE REST OF YOUR BUSINESS NEEDS A GOOD OVERHAUL FROM RESERVATIONS OF TRUCKS TO THE CHEATING MOVERS YOU OFFER.

JAMES DCheck your equipment thoroughly before you leave the rental location. The brakes on the car trailer I rented had brake issues that I found out about after I was on my way home. That’s what you like to address 6 hours from home. With the trailer loaded.
