The U-Haul trailer was lacking practical features. It didn’t offer a means to lock the trailer to the truck to deter theft. It didn’t come equipped with a trailer or tongue jack to raise and lower the trailer tongue onto the hitch ball. You have to physically lift it up to set it on the ball.
David KNot cuss when customer are around.. I heard the F word at least 3-4 times.
Matthew EU-Haul in general is who I’m upset with.did reservations 3 weeks in advance. Location was changed day before. No biggie. Then there was no car dolly.nearest one was another two hours away. So we declined. Get a text three hours later and they have two car Dollie’s. We stop packing and go get the car dolly. While all this is going on I get an email stating it was our mistake because we showed up three hours early.. I responded my reservation was for noon. Still have t heard back.
