U-Haul in general is who I’m upset with.did reservations 3 weeks in advance. Location was changed day before. No biggie. Then there was no car dolly.nearest one was another two hours away. So we declined. Get a text three hours later and they have two car Dollie’s. We stop packing and go get the car dolly. While all this is going on I get an email stating it was our mistake because we showed up three hours early.. I responded my reservation was for noon. Still have t heard back.
