Be aware that upon arriving to pick up the uhaul it takes a little while to be approved for the pick up as far as verification goes. Definitely a great experience though. Very convenient considering I booked the same day less than an hour before I needed the truck!!Heather H.

I brought the truck back 20 minutes early and then got charged for an extra day. When I received the email receipt and saw the over-charge I called the manage who rented me the truck and she said that it would be corrected. But it wasn't.JEFFERY S.

The trucks steering wheel is very far off and pulls very hard to the right. This was hard to drive on the highway with a full load of furnitureRichard D.
The back door should be repaired. The mechanism does not hold the door closed. They have a padlock to hold it shut.JOHN D.

I have no quarrel with Pinnacle Storage, as they are not affiliated with U -Haul at all. But my latest experience with U Haul has been abysmal at best. Our truck suffered near catastrophic brake failure in bumper to bumper traffic mid way between NY and NC. The gentleman who was dispatched to come and repair it said it never even should have left the rental lot. Trying to get this matter dealt with through corporate figure heads has been about as bad as pulling teeth. I spent way too much of my hard earned money to such an awful moving experience. Honestly? I wasn't impressed. We needed a truck to move items from our home to our storage unit. We got there and checked in on our phone which was convenient but took awhile. When my husband opened the back of the truck, the furniture pads and dolly we rented (and confirmed during check in) we're not in there. I went in wearing a mask. There was a sign on the door requiring masks (no problem at all) but when I got in there only one of two employees were wearing a mask. They did not greet me, I informed them the items we reserved were not in the truck. One of the ladies asked me how many furniture pads I ordered... Shouldn't you know what your one customer ordered? No customer service. Other than that, the truck was clean and got the job done.Jarod F.

Everything about the experience was great, first time using U-haul and will be using again for all our moves! Only thing was the seating in the front of the truck smelled like urine, kinda like someone before us had a dog in there with them.Zach W.

The truck i rented was probably the most uncomfortable riding vehicle i have ever been in ..... not recommended for somebody with back problems ... my daughters honda crv has more leg room than this truckSTEPHEN K.

The driver side window was left down and rain had collected in the seat. We had also reserved a hand truck, but it was not available at the time of pick up.Jason H.
The location was fine. It was the uhaul app, web, and corporate experience that was terrible. The App crashed on me twice when trying to book the truck. I never got the instructions on how to pick up the truck, so I had to wait for someone to show up (2 hours) later when the location opened. Terrible Experience. I wouldn't recommend using the App, Web, or even the 1800 nbumber to book anything with UHaul. Not Good...Benjamin B.
