Clerk was condescending. I attempted to extend my rental and read it was due back by 5:30 and was reprimanded when I returned the vehicle at 5:20 and she informed me she would mark the vehicle as being retuned on time. So which on was it, 5:00 or 5:30?

very helpful staff - great communication after conflict arose from on-line reservation. Pinnacle of Gordon Rd contacted me immediately with an alternate option (larger truck for same price) and made it happen. They made the process easy and really helped me get through a last minute apartment move.
