Christian WClerk was condescending. I attempted to extend my rental and read it was due back by 5:30 and was reprimanded when I returned the vehicle at 5:20 and she informed me she would mark the vehicle as being retuned on time. So which on was it, 5:00 or 5:30?
Kathy Rvery helpful staff - great communication after conflict arose from on-line reservation. Pinnacle of Gordon Rd contacted me immediately with an alternate option (larger truck for same price) and made it happen. They made the process easy and really helped me get through a last minute apartment move.

Wilton RReturned truck during working hours but no one was there to receive truck so had to drop off key ( at 130pm) …hope all went well with receiving. Specifically planned to not have to do online pick up or drop off due to past experiences not at this office. Only concern but if all is well then great

Randall PAs far as location, it was perfect. As far as Uhaul, I'm probably never going to use you again. This is the second time in a row that I used Uhauls services and was charged twice. And here it is 6 hours later and there's been no resolution. I know it was only $66 dollars but being charged twice put my bank account into overdraft, so not only did the fees come out twice bit now I have 2 over draft fees of $30 each. So thanks for nothing Uhaul

GEORGE LBe aware that upon arriving to pick up the uhaul it takes a little while to be approved for the pick up as far as verification goes. Definitely a great experience though. Very convenient considering I booked the same day less than an hour before I needed the truck!!
