The representatives at this location were not helpful at all. When I ran into a problem with the reservation I called them at pinnacle and they quickly told me there’s nothing I can do so I have to call the 800 number which is beyond frustrating. Especially since i was using the vehicle when unexpected bad weather came up. I will never recommend or use them again. Plus no one ever even told me I may have been able to rent the truck for a local job rather than just pay mileage which also was annnoying.

I reserved a 10-foot truck and it was confirmed. The day before I got a voicemail stating there were no 10-foot trucks available. So, they upgraded me to a 15-foot truck. I didn't need that much space nor did I want to pay more in gas since I was going 500 miles. When I arrived onsite, there were 2 - 10-foot trucks on the lot but the person said they were for local hauls and not one way. If that is the case, why did it show up on my list to pick up a 10-foot truck when I marked, I was dropping it off at another location. I had to re-arrange my belongings, so nothing was damaged with the extra space plus I had to pay more for gas since the truck was bigger - Disappointed...

Great customer service and very friendly staff. We did a thorough walk thru of the trailer and it's correct usage to include assistance with hooking it up. I felt confident using the equipment correctly and was even shown a few pointers to ensure safe operation!
