John and Shannon were courteous and professional. was able to check in immediately with John ...and when I called later in the evening Shannon told me I could simply park the truck in the same spot use the convenient key drop by the door, which I did and said not to worry I'll check it in ,in the morning and we will email your receipt. which they did. great experience.
