Wife had some problems with the electric gate .
The lady there was very accommodating with me would recommend to keep her.
I reported this in an email: the 12-volt receptacles in the truck did not work. Apparently, the fuse needs replaced.
Unclear after hours drop off
There should be eye hooks in the cargo area so that securing with hook straps is possible. The only way I could see to secure my load was with twine/rope that if which I didn't have.
Great truck! One trip and all boxes moved!

Victor was very pleasant
I have rented from UHaul for 20 years with no problems. This was a horrible experience. UHaul could not guarantee my truck request that I made 10 days in advance. Even though the truck was showing available at the location I required (local move so mileage mattered), there was no guarantee that I would not have to drive 20-40 miles to get a truck. When I called 2 days prior to confirm my truck, appliance dolly and 1 dozen blankets, I was initially still going to be sent out of town to get a truck. This location did work the computer to get me a truck held at their location, confirming appliance dolly and 1 dozen blankets. Then when I arrived NO BLANKETS, but if I wanted to drive 20 miles away another location HAD 6 BLANKETS they could give me! The entire fiasco was a horrible, stressful and unnecessary experience. I am not necessarily blaming this location, but the whole UHaul process in this area. There are about 5 neighborhood stores and the situation is the same. NO GUARANTEE ON THE TRUCK YOU NEED AT THE LOCATION YOU SELECT, NO BLANKETS IN THE AREA. Again, this was very hard on me and my family and even though I prefer UHaul, I might have to look elsewhere in the future.

please update your mobile return app to allow the following: 1 - selecting a location if location services is not turned on 2 - attaching a photo from a file, rather than just having to use the camera In this way, people who have limited data plans can do the return from their home instead of having to do it there, and people can do the return even after they've dropped the keys off in the night slot, and can't retrieve them.

Nothing needs to be done to improve. Both Victor and Carmin ( I hope I got the spelling right) are easy to work with. Victor has a great sense of humor.
We were one of the first to rent one of their storage units...#104... A+ experience...that is why we made the extra effort to go back to them to rent the trailer...another A+ experience.
Made to wait outside in heat for 15 minutes with only 1 customer and clerk in large lobby. I had filled all paperwork prior to pickup and declined safe move insurance. Clerk verbally asked if I declined insurance and I said yes. Said he would email receipt and told me which trailer to hook up, without offering any assistance. When I told him I was scheduled for back surgery he reluctantly came and hooked up trailer after helping next customer. Receipt uploaded on my phone some 30 minutes after I was on my way. When I returned the trailer, I again had to wait outside and was told that I needed to back into space and disconnect as they have no means to move the trailers. Again asked for assistance and simultaneously found out my invoice had been changed and safe move insurance added. Same clerk seemed put out that he had to come outside and assist a customer. Tried twice to respond to satisfaction survey from UHAUL and speak to someone with no reply, so I am making this public. Cannot recommend with present personnel in place.
Truck was ready but the pads I ordered six dozen we're not in the truck and didn't even have any pads. Had to go to another storage facility to get pads. Not acceptable unhappy with the situation. Thanks Mr. Keller
The regional manager who handled my rental did an excellent job in attempting to fix all the mistakes and we made it work. -couldn't log into computer -wrong size truck -dolly was not in site inventory or in the right location -the amount of time it took delayed me by 1 hour, even after I did everything on line. Which created problems for pick up of the furniture due to the house only being open at a certain time. Again, the manager on site at the time was very good, the system was really not.
One of the tires had a slow leak and had to be filled 3 times on the trip down. The brake fluid system had a leak as well. The folks at the pick up site were very nice.
Phenomenal service! Went above and beyond to assist and made the return flawlessly simple!
Why do you(U-Haul) need 3 contact info? You have my Credit #, license, address phone # and my wife's info.

The car hauler they gave me have an almost flat tire. After I aired it up to the same at the others (60 pounds), twenty five miles into my trip the tire blew out.
Representatives on duty very helpful and interested in helping find solutions to your problems. Very personable and enjoyable to work with.
1. Provide more details on the off duty hours return process specifically the mobile phone process of requiring being at the location when checking the trailer in on the mobile phone to verify location of return. 2. Send a text with return details shortly after trailer pickup as a reminder (or first notification) of the process.
Customer service is worst then I have ever seen. The people on the 1800 line are rude and unhelpful his entire company does not care about customer service and will never get my business again. I will advise all military personnel at my military base to avoid Uhaul. Go with Penske or Budget.
