Ravon S.Closer inspection of your trailers is necessary. Right front tire 90% bald right rear tire slow leak front axle wheel hop from left front tire out of balance. Severely limited my speed and for a long trip like that that is a big factor. I do not hold the pickup location responsible for this. But I would hold U-Haul itself responsible. The storage facility personnel did an excellent job.

Joseph W.The only problem i had were the head lights on the truck. the aim was so far off i had to stop driving that night as i was not able to see the road. this is not stretching the truth at all. going down the interstate on the overhead direction signs it lite them up like there was a spotlight on them, they were also pointed to the right and looking at tree tops. for me it was not safe to travel at night and costing me another day of travel. it would be nice for some comp on this. thank you. MARK L.This was not the location sent to us by UHaul in the confirmation email. The email directed us to a much closer location, but 2 hours later than we had requested. When we arrived at the location at the time confirmed in the email, they did not have a truck for us, and did not have a reservation. That location made a phone call to find out where our assigned truck was. It was 20 minutes away. We had movers sitting in our driveway waiting for this truck, which was 2 hours after our requested time, and now 20 minutes (1 way) away plus the paperwork processing time. The confirmation email stated we would receive a phone call the night before - the call never came. Most of this snafu was caused by UHaul scheduling. We are very disappointed due to the loss of valuable time, and extra cost for the movers due to the truck availability, and lack of correct and timely communication.
BRIAN C.Self serve is nice, but sometimes it is appreciated that you can interact with a person, rather than an app/technology/what have you- especially during a stressful time such as moving. Heather was extremely helpful, even though I was quite irate, due to said stress and frustration with the uhaul automated B.S. My sincere thanks and appreciation goes to Heather. Don't lose the human element Uhaul. I'll try Hertz next time- hopefully they won't have the same automated crap.

THOMAS K.If the trucks had power windows and power side mirrors that would be great. The truck was very noisy too. My main concern is the way you handle the fuel amounts now. My truck had 1/4 tank when picked up, and when I asked how much I should add, I was told to fill it up. But by doing so, after only using a little more than a 1/2 tank in all, I ended up spending about $50 more on gas than I should have. So the really provide a positive customer experience, UHaul should reimburse me for this extra expense.

Matt T.No fault of pinnacle, but an earlier reservation had to be cancelled, because my truck pickup was moved, first to Cameron, NC, and then to Raeford, NC. Since I was driving to Raleigh, NC, this was ridiculous. I ended up canceling that truck and rent a 15 foot for three pieces of furniture. The Pinnacle service was personable and the location was emasculate.
MARCIA M.The people at Zeus were awesome! BUT, they did not have the equipment that I reserved. Why did you change the pick up location that I requested which was a hub and had all kinds of equipment and supplies to this little shop that was 11 miles further? They had to call a place down the road even further for me to go get pads that I reserved. THEN THEY DIDN'T HAVE THEM. So, they didn't charge me for them...or so I was told. When I got the bill, I was charged. I'm STILL looking for my refund. The UHaul website kept kicking him off so I was there almost an HOUR. I'm baffled by the completely unorganized way that a big company like UHaul is run. The guy at the drop off location tried to help me with the refund, but he says I have to call you guys. I HAVE BEEN ON HOLD FOREVER SEVERAL TIMES I HAVE CALLED. I have given up which means you robbed me! I am totally baffled and bewildered at the unorganized manner that this huge company is run. There's not even a way for me to get you to make it right without huge inconveniences to me.
