GREAT customer service ... rented truck worked great ... return was very easy and appreciated to do so after-hours ... only issue was concern about where I had to park my car (which was on the narrow street); perhaps parking direction could be changed to the south side / angled? and that way if someone returned a vehicle in the wrong spot would not block everyone else to be able to back out; just a thought :)

The ratchets for the straps on the auto transport trailer were less than functional when it came time to unload the car. Spent almost an hour trying to get the car unloaded. Half way through the drive we noticed that the passenger side light quit working.

We knew we would be going over the allotted mileage so we specifically asked how much it would be. He told us .40 per mile. Upon returning the truck we were charged $1 per mile. Had we known we would be paying that much more we would’ve budgeted for it. It was very frustrating to get charged an addition $80.
