uHaul really came thru. i requested a change of pick up location closer to the move and when it came available they called me before i had to call again. also, i called to confirm and they answered with my name recognizing my number which made a professional impression, thnx UHaul! i hope i don't ever have to move again but i hope my experience is what others receive as well!
