I dropped off 26’ truck 1 hour before this location opened. Tried using the app, to no avail. Reception in the area was not optimal. Phoned customer service and she was very helpful. The owner/ manager arrived 45 minutes early to help. Excellent customer service. I am very pleased. U-haul went out of their way to make my experience a good one. Thanks so much.
