The Pioneer Woods location was closed, I went to Pioneer Woods Storage instead. I had a problem with the U-Haul trailer hook up, and Sissy came out on her day off to help me hook it on properly, she's the best There was an issue with some dents and a hole in the roof of the U-Haul trailer

I cannot really apply any feedback on the actual location that i dropped off. I was originally set to drop off at location in gatlinburg. Day of drop off they were not open yet and that was 1 hour after posted open time. After i spoke to manager, it turns out they no longer work with uhaul(even though uhaul site shows as option). I was then given pioneer woods and i was told they were open. When i get there, it was closed and i had to work with someone on the phone to do dropoff via app.

Bill needs to be taught to be a little more polite to customers. When asked for his name he never answered until money was being paid. He never told me they have another location where I was supposed to pick up the equipment and his worker was waiting for me to rent from. But his area manager did do the right thing to correct the rental agreement today thank you Mr. Robert Evans.

Need for better maintenence on equipment by UHaul. Does not reflect on pickup location. Jack on trailer nearly impossible to crank down, one wheel was bent, light wiring damaged (wire repaired by location). If use wasn't local, I would have refused rental.

The second time we had dropped off uhaul at this location and nobody was there and several days later uhaul calls me asking where the uhaul is...it was turned in the day it was scheduled to be turned in but the drop off place Pioneer woods is just a closed down building with never anyone there. Even if you do call the number on the door he says just drop it..well I don't know if he check in back in to show I returned it or not. I guess he never did so I get a call from main uhaul asking where the trailer is.. Do not recommend dropping here.

I believe that if your larger trailers had some sort of jack stand attached so that one person could unhook and remove from the towing vehicle that the experience would be safer and easier. When there are duel axles you have no way to leverage the trailer to help unhitch. Just a suggestion.

Never anyone at the Pioneer Woods location that I drop off at although they appear to be open. The other Pioneer location is quite some distance from my location so opted to use the closer one. A simple sign saying no one is available to assist would be helpful.

We dropped off the trailer while no one was there. We did speak to the employee on the phone and he was very helpful and polite. We will rent from both of these locations again.

This man was a complete jerk. In addition, the trailer (in which the lights didn't work) shorted out the truck that we we trying to hook up to the trailer. My friend had to take it to the auto dealer the next morning and it cost him $85 to fix it. We then went to the UHaul in Bloomington, IL and they got everything right. We moved out of state and this added a great deal of stress to our move. It still makes me angry a week later.

I had confirmation from U-Haul that I could pick it up and had confirmation email. When I should up it was closed. When I called the # I was told to pick up at a different location, but that location was closed too. I would have to come back tomorrow. Which was impossible since we were leaving town right then. They sent someone to meet me there. Then they charged me for Safe Tow Insurance without making me aware..... I should expect a refund for that

I was told I would here back from U-Haul within 72 hours regarding my situation its been almost 72 hours and we are still waiting. Please return our call with your comments!

Make sure the drop off location notifies the system that the trailer was returned and when. I returned my trailer on the afternoon before my scheduled date. I was given an alternate drop off location and no one was there to help unhook. I called back to the main office and was told that it was ok to leave it there. Three days later I cgot a call and an email wanting to know where the trailer was. One message reminded me I was chargeable for the late return. I contacted the number and told them when and where.but they could not find any record. I gave them explisit information where to find the traioer and have not been contacted since. I was by the drop-off location today and the trailer is stilLL there.

This Uhaul destination is owned and operated by great people who care about their customers and their safety and well being. Was treated with the utmost respect and dignity and was left feeling like someone actually cared about how my experience went. Would recommend this drop off location a thousand times over.

All U-Haul facilities need to review the way Becky Shelton does business. We had a very stressful move with an unheard-of timeline, and Becky stepped up to the plate, and helped in every way she could. Hats off to this facility and the staff who work there!!!

Becky Shelton made this move so very easy. Your employees may want to follow her lead, on how to work with customers. We were treated respectfully and with courtesy. She answered her phones quickly and called back when she said she would. You have a great facility, and a great employee. So good to do business with you all!

Uhaul should volunteer to buy some extra gravel for this store's parking lot. The muddy puddles made it difficult to navigate without getting wet & dirty. As we were hauling glass windows, it was a little concerning that the truck's suspension was less than ideal. We had to take a number of bumps VERY slowly to ensure no breakage. Otherwise, all good. I would rent trucks from this location again.

I would recommend the trailer seams be sealed - I did have water on the floor as teh result of very heavy rains. In particular at the top rear driver's side corner I observed a stream of water entering the trailer. . The folks at Pioneer Woods are very easy to deal with and clearly appreciate my business.

I had car problems on vacation and needed a truck and dolly to get my car and myself home, not only did they help me on Sunday when they were closed on labor day weekend, they answered the phone and came to where we had broken down and picked me up and helped me get the equipment I needed to get me back home. thank you so much for your help!!!!
