Bill needs to be taught to be a little more polite to customers. When asked for his name he never answered until money was being paid. He never told me they have another location where I was supposed to pick up the equipment and his worker was waiting for me to rent from. But his area manager did do the right thing to correct the rental agreement today thank you Mr. Robert Evans.

rickey sNeed for better maintenence on equipment by UHaul. Does not reflect on pickup location. Jack on trailer nearly impossible to crank down, one wheel was bent, light wiring damaged (wire repaired by location). If use wasn't local, I would have refused rental.
