When I arrived to receive my rental, the employees acted like they don’t deal with anything and were reluctant to provide any help. I reserved my rental online and selected to pay at the counter but they were telling me they don’t do anything. They gave me the key and a phone number to call where someone helped me and I started my rental from there. The rental vehicle’s check engine light also came on during my rental.
