I'm not one who write comments, however, I must. Nothing was wrong with the customer service or Uhaul's trailer/equipment. My connection for the lights wasn't working properly and the rep stated that she couldn't rent us the trailer. No problem at all. I shouldn't be charged because of faulty equipment. However, I was charged for the rental not just for the 2 days I reserved, but for six days! Totaling $179.20.Brittany Shadarr H.

Location was closed, an error on the Uhaul website. Store answering service contacted the owner, who allowed me to pick up without assistance. The area manager did my contract by phone, and I was on my way. Nice to see some customer service like this.Donald D.
This location is a detailing shop. I did not have to go inside everybody was abiding by the covid-19. Everyone was social distancing. And it seemed to be a well ran business. They were able to release my deposit back to me. But was not able to give me the 40% off that they said I deserved. They had to have me call 1 800 U-Haul in order to get that issue and I am currently waiting on hold with them now.BRITTNEY LAYNE T.

I reserved a 5x8 trailer from store on Blanding Blvd. they told my to pick it up at Pit Speed. People were great and helpful, location difficult at first. I reserved a 5x8 trailer but they only had 6x12. I had no choice put to take the over size trailer that cost more money. When I went to drop iff the trailer using the link provided to me the locator did not work (wasn't a phone issue). This resulted in a very long On Hold wait. Representative was nice but could not resolve issue over phone. Transferred me. Again with a long on hold. Next rep went through same steps and told me she needed to transfer me to the department the previous rep supposedly transferred me to. This 3rd rep did as I asked and told me to go ahead and drop the trailer.. she made notes in my account. This process took an hour over the phone. I shouldn't of had to pay the increase in price for the larger trailer I did not reserve. I had no choice considering I had to pack out that night. U-Haul needs to fix their locator issue and retrain their customer service representatives. Always been a huge U-Haul fan. very disappointed in this U-Haul experience.Michael C.

There was no sign telling u where to park the truck. We parked the truck and was told we had to move it. We moved it then they would not check the truck In bc they were to busy. I dropped off the truck at 12:30 and did not get confirmed email till 445. This is not acceptable. .Christopher R.

Called informing location that the rental was returned early (same day instead of 48 hours). & never heard back from a manager nor did i receive a credit for the early return. Still trying to get ahold of a manager.Jermey E.
I rented a uhaul trailer from this establishment and returned it the next day. They charged me for 4 days. When I called about it, they said they had to contact the manager and check the tapes. It's been almost a month and I still haven't heard back from them or received a refund adjustment for the overcharge. Be careful renting from here.DWAYNE S.

Prepaid so when I got there thought I could get in and out. The only person that knows anything about the trailer portion of the business was not there waited over an hour and still did not show up, I had to hook the trailer up myself and connect everything since the fellow he sent over was not sure what to do was told the contract would be emailed and it was not till the next day . The address is poorly marked. There are no signs in front of the business to identify it as a U-haul location. The trucks were parked behind the business and were not visible from the road. This was not my preferred pickup location. U-haul changed my pick up location the day prior to pick up. My preferred location could have accommodated my needs. I had to drive by it to get to my storage unit they had '15 foot trucks available at my chosen pick up location. In the future, if my pickup location is changed by reservations again I may consider just canceling the reservation and going with a different company.Charles A.

Have more than one person that knows how to issue equipment. I had a 9:00 reservation and didn't get my truck until 10:45. When I brought the truck back, the person that knew how to check it back in was gone. I had to leave the truck and not know if it got checked in correctly. I called to check on the status and all I get is a voicemail saying that the Google subscriber im trying to reach is not available. This experience really sucked.gregory A.
Improved signage so patrons know where to return equipment - I found it fine and on-site staff were friendly and helpful.. but some other customers may have a little trouble maneuvering the property. A larger Uhaul sign viewable from the street would likely be helpful as well since Google Maps doesn't show great detail..Branon E.

Equipment was in perfect condition, however the people handling the rental do not even know how to use the uhaul online system. It took well over an hour for the employees to figure out how to get my info into the system so I could leave with the truck. I will go elsewhere if I need to rent a truck again.Timothy B.
