Quick and efficient drop off.
Steven EThe truck had a hitler mustache drawn on it. Additionally, they erroneously filed my mileage allowance when i went OUT OF MY WAY to drop the truck off in a more convenient location for U-Haul. I am VERY upset and will contact corporate in the morning.

WAYNE BNot try to scam people after they leave I paid for the rental and put gas before returning and I’m still getting charges on my card after I took the car back and I was told I’m all good to go and left now I’m getting charged for $20 for something witch isn’t right and needs to be figured out because I’m not paying your just trying to get more money from someone it’s sad not cool I told him I have a 8month old son and it was just me trying to move my things

Pamela DThe location was good and while the rep wasn't overtly friendly, he wasn't rude either. He could have had a more accommodating and appreciative demeanor. The truck seemed to be ok at first, but once I was on roads that took me to 30+ mpg I noticed some issues. First of all the "Best M.P.G." gauge was useless. It never got close to being in the green area even when I was drifting down a steep road without my foot on the accelerator. The engine seemed to constantly be revving at a high idle, which made fuel economy impossible. There was an issue with the driver side door seal so the sounds of wind was incredibly loud and extremely annoying...especially when traveling 400+ miles for the day. Overall I give the truck a D rating at best. For my next rental I would certainly consider using another service since this experience with UHaul was not as good as I expected.

James PThe day before our move Uhaul changed our pickup location. This location was 15 miles away. Don't wait last minute , this took an hour out of our morning that wasn't planned. We then got charged for extra mileage at the end, which wouldn't have happened if the truck was available where we were supposed to pick it up at. Other than that it was great.

KYLE BI had no clue where the lock box was let alone what the combination was. The app did not tell me ANYTHING about needing to punch in the code “Link” I have screenshots to verify everything that I saw. I called customer service on the 800 number since it was after hours and the lady who picked up was rude asf! The only good thing she did was tell me the lock key code. She had no idea where the lock box was (it was attached to the truck), she couldn’t help me change my reservation, she was one of the most unpleasant people I ever had to talk to on the phone, her tone and manner of speaking to a customer was totally unacceptable. I’m super non confrontational so I just said ok no worries when she kept getting smart with me and of course at the end she just hung up instead of asking if there was anything else she can do to assist me. You know that mixed feeling when you do actually need help but you’re weighing the option of just being inconvenienced and figuring it out yourself to end the conversation?.. yeah that’s how I felt when she hung up like it’s fine I wanted that to be over anyway. 0 stars. Also the neighbor came out walking his dog and stood in front of my car where I was parked and I don’t know if he thought I was doi bf something suspicious but he literally just kept staring at me and talking to some women in the house about me which made me super uncomfortable. I have video footage from my car dashcam if the company would like that as well. He literally stood there for 5 min and 09 seconds while I was filling out the needlessly long form on the app which by the way includes a verification step where you need a passport or you have to get someone else to receive a text message to verify you are who you say you are???? Reallyyyyyy sketch company. I heard u haul was a name brand company but definitely won’t be here again. Also, I do digital marketing and even I think the ad pop ups were EXCESSIVE! Definitely detracted from the user experience when they kepttttt asking me to purchase ad ones that I already declined like insurance, movers, storage units, etc! Oh and there’s a $25 cleaning fee slapped on as a surprise in the end. I used the truck for less than an hour to move a treadmill. The ramp was a joke, I mean I can’t think of a thing that was good accept that the truck had gas in it. Stick shift btw.. I came here mostly to say I was disappointed in the customer service representative as I also used to do call center quality assurance but now everything else is popping up in my mind as I’m searching for ANYTHING positive to say.. yea terrible experience.

Frank RI was given one key which fit the ignition only. The key did not fit the door locks. When I returned the truck I locked the doors but forgot to roll up the window all the way. i was locked out and could not re-enter the truck. So glad I didn't make a stop for lunch during my trip. I would have locked the doors and been locked out of the vehicle.
