Do not put equipment that is not requested in the truck. There was a hand cart that was attached to the inside of the truck that I did not request or want. When I requested that it be removed so it wouldn’t be in my way, the employee laughed at me and told me that there was nothing to be done about it. I insisted it be removed and he finally did remove it.
