Stuart B.Simple vehicle maintenance is badly lacking! If I owned this truck I would get a tune-up. Without it you will loose this unit. It WILL Fail. Very hard on fuel!! At 1.69/ liter? You would expect a finally tuned truck? To top it off you also want 79 cents a km?? Fix your equipment!! I'm dissatisfied to say the least. It's not the Vendors fault, as they have to follow U haul . SAD,SAD,SAD!!

Martin L.I originally booked the trailer expecting to bring it back to the original location. Then life interfered. I checked my contract/receipt to confirm the terms. It said I could leave the trailer at another authorized location for twice the day rate, which was fine. It would have saved me time and fuel. So I dropped the trailer at the Red Deer Riverside location. But the next day the Torrington store manager calls me demanding I return it to the original location and threatens to charge me up to $500.00 get it back to him. I was frustrated to say the least. I called the uhaul customer service line to confirm whether or not that was true. They could not give me a concise answer. So I stopped half way through a home project, screwed all my plans for the day, and drove this trailer back to original location. If in doubt I read the fine print. The contract was clear. I had the option to pay extra to leave it in another location. Nobody likes being threatened with an outrageous amount of money. It was rude and petty. And calling me an hour before the cutoff, to rush there to get it in time didnt help. I will not be using that service again at that location.
JARED I.The poor guy has limited connectivity on his computer so it's slow to process rental. But he is a friendly and chatty guy that makes the time pass easily.
