This location was awesome and they told us what we were way over charged. And did everything to help us. He told us if it hadn't been put on our credit card he would have refunded us our $100.
Myrna AMake sure all lights are working proper. Handles for straps almost couldn't release to get over wheels to strap down. Hard to release for unstrap.
Richard GThe drop off was 30 minutes away from our new property. It would be nice to see a drop off in Three Hills as there is a college in the town. This extra trip cost us $$$ in mileage to drop off. Not an expense needed for anyone moving and using the truck one way. We only use U-Haul for our moves
