Although the location and experience in picking up and dropping off the vehicle was pleasant, I have 2 complaints that I wish to express: 1) Although I only place 16 miles on the truck, the gas gauge, which indicated approximately half full, slipped down a notch as I was returning the vehicle. I was forced to pump approximately $10 of gas into the tank to get the gauge to get back to where it was when I picked up the vehicle although I probably used less than one gallon of gas. 2) I found your website to be EXTREMELY confusing when I went through the booking process. All I wanted to rent was the truck for only about 3 hours but was forced to click on an endless display of other services when placing my reservation. When I received my final invoice, there was a charge for "Safe Move" coverage which I never wanted. If I actually had to check on this box in order to get this coverage, I can't see how I would have done that but, unfortunately, I cannot go back and review my original order. I hope you will have the decency to remove this charge. If not, I will instruct my credit card company not to pay it. I am happy to discuss this further should anyone from your company care to give me a call. Otherwise, I expect that this charge will be removed asap.

John OHave a location closer to destination. The reservation process from the beginning required more than a few phone calls, to correct the reservations as to P/U, time, and return. It was extremely frustrating, time consuming. Remote P/U took 40 minutes. Laborious, and time consuming. Streamline the process please.
