How U-Haul Reviews WorkMy location was changed without me even being informed and then to a later time than I needed. Furthermore when I went to pick it up the employee wasn’t even there. She left during business hours to go to the bank with the open sign on but the doors were locked. I had to wait an additional hour!!! Pour service and I didn’t even get discounted!!

The check-in and return process were fast and easy. A special thank-you to the attendant — extremely professional, friendly, and helpful from start to finish.
