The check in process took 45 minutes because they were unsure how to utilize the U-Haul computer program, and then the computer was updating forever. The store owner was very apologetic but then I got to my move site and the pads I paid for were not in the truck. Upon the truck’s return, I asked for a refund of the money I paid for the pads, and while the employee was helpful in taking my info and calling the woman from earlier, ultimately I was only refunded 5 of the $10 I paid for the missing pads. Overall, it was messy and frustrating.

I have two chargers one for 59 something and the other one for 9.99 I can believe I’m going to be charged 70 dls. I use it barely an hour and I put gas on it. Drived less then 7 miles
SARA OLocation does not open till 9am, waited an hour in the rain to receive keys. Please do not use this location or update the time you can get the truck on the site
