Back of the truck was quite dirty. It was not cleaned out after the last use. I had to sweat it out before I could use it. It was bad enough that I took pictures of it. I showed them to the rep. It's not right to rent a truck on the weekend and not use it until a week day and get charged the weekend mileage rate.
