Very easy on drop off people were very friendly.

Took a long time for someone to wait on us then on one offered to explain or help with hookup and then we had to drive it around to the front of the store with little room for parking or driving so someone could come take a picture rather than someone coming to where they were parking to take the picture where we had room to actually maneuver.

Stephen DI requested pads and they didn’t have any. Also, they didn’t include a pin to lock the trailer to the hitch. The trailer came off the hitch and damaged the truck.

Satishbhai PThe person who handles there rentals was not in the store so I had to complete my rental over the phone in the store. I didn't receive nor sign any paperwork. I was eventually emailed a copy of the agreement with no signature on it. After speaking to a representative today about another issue, I was emailed a copy of the contract with my signature being forged on it. I am very upset and not sure how I am going to handle this situation at this time.

Denzell BWe were 2 hours delayed getting our truck, which threw off the whole day, because they did not put the key in the lock box, so we had to wait til someone opened the store. I was told by UHAUL on the phone that I would be credited $50 to my card because of this issue but I was not, as of today.
Jason SThere’s nothing to improve except where the equipment has to be parked not easy to get out of because of traffic. The person who took care of me was very nice and very helpful with everything I needed and answered all of my questions.

James AThis review does not concern this location however it does concern your Shreveport operator sending me to you our way to pick up a truck it wasn’t there and then I had to drive another hour and a half to go pick up the truck cost me five hours and gas money for my pick up truck so Uhaul will not ever have my business again come on Penske
Billy RWhen I arrived to get the truck, I couldnt do self pick, there was not an appliance dolly available, and there was only 1 dozen furniture pads instead of 3 dozen as requested. I reserved this truck 6 days in advance so I dont see this as acceptable.
Kenneth JGentleman seemed like I was a bother for wanting to pick up trailer. He was busy I assume. Trailer wasn't filthy, just wasn't very clean. Swept it out before using it. Trailer worked fine although a jack would have been nice. I do understand why it's not on the trailers. Unit was easy to get to also. Seemed like a lot of questions to answer on the phone after I had pre-registered. Not a terrible experience but you did ask for the input. Thanks

Cynthia TThis was a convenience store, I was told to pull it around and leave it. The lady was busy waiting on customers in the store. i literall had to drop it off, I took pictures of where I dropped it for my proof.
EDWARD TThe key was not in the drop box, when I called the local Uhaul phone number provided the woman was so rude and basically told me I had to wait till the location was open or refund my money. When we finally did get the keys the Uhaul did not have any of the equipment we ordered.

DONALD BMake sure your equipment doesn't get rented after they confirm your truck and trailer. Just happened I call later the same day and didn't have my truck. So they had to find another one.

Ester HWhen I delivered the tow dolly they were trying to give me money back they said I overpaid but I'll never see any money back since I paid online still haven't seen any money back yet then when you submit a review the empty it into their trash bin
William WNobody knew ANY information about UHAUL. I had to wait an hour and half for someone to get the answers to my questions. I called attention to a bad tire. She instructed me to "Just buy another one and told me to present the paid receipt at the turn in location and I was told I would be reimbursed. I sent an email to customer service and was instructed to call roadside assistance if I needed help. Thankfully I had no problems but I think I held my breath the whole time. This was a state to state move and should have been an enjoyable experience but instead the entire situation was scary for me. And I'd also like to add this info.. I was emailed my drop off location ..but because the email was blurry...I was completely oblivious of where to go and what to do. Overall this was an experience I hope to never repeat.
