They were not able to print any documents, but I did get the by email. They did not properly tighten the trailer on the ball of my hitch resulting in the trailer disconnecting while loaded and driving. Fortunately there was no damage to my vehicle and the chains kept the trailer from coming completely loose and going off the road. Always check that they properly connected the trailer or do it yourself. I assume this was an isolated experience, but worth noting.

6/18: Spoke with somebody : ordered 20 ft truck with safemove ; PLUS furniture dolly and utility dolly PLUS 4 dz furniture pads PLUS Moving Supplies (many boxes ; TV boxes ; stretch wrap; bubble wrap; king mattress plastic cover x2; many wardrobe boxes ; packing paper ; packing tape) PLUS Moving Help. Showed up at Planet Liquor (chosen because they were supposed to have the truck, equipment and moving supplies on site). ALL THEY HAD WAS THE TRUCK, AND FURNITURE DOLLY - nothing else !!! NOBODY KNEW WHAT HAPPENED, or even tried to find out what happened !!! Given we had no other available trucks anywhere - we grudgingly took the truck. We were delayed because we had to track down the needed supplies somewhere else. - The meter was already ticking with the Moving Help. Moving is already stressful, this poor service just made it Worse Worse Worse !!!

Adrianna MI turned the truck in early and only used a small portion of the mileage and I still have not been reimbursed for this . The lady told me the computer was down and said she would text me the information but it’s been a week since and I still have not heard anything
