The person who handles there rentals was not in the store so I had to complete my rental over the phone in the store. I didn't receive nor sign any paperwork. I was eventually emailed a copy of the agreement with no signature on it. After speaking to a representative today about another issue, I was emailed a copy of the contract with my signature being forged on it. I am very upset and not sure how I am going to handle this situation at this time.
