I dropped the truck off at night and used the mobile app to Return my truck. I had no personal contact with anyone but they knew I was coming and left a decent size parking space for the truck.

The Truck was not clean and had trash everywhere and also had check engine light on but with all that was said the customer service was great no complaints on that

Rented a dolly and a furniture mover, and they didn't have a dolly.

Ordered a 20' truck. The key was not in the lock box and customer service offered me a 15' truck which made the job I rented the truck for exponentially more difficult than it should have been.

Location was great and easy to navigate. That said, the truck was dirty in both the cab and in the bed of the truck. When it rained and got damp, mud got on my furniture and some boxes. They also forgot to put the moving blankets in the truck I had reserved. However, I did appreciate the mobile check in and truck pick up. The area manager responded quickly and apologized which I appreciated.

Location was closed on arrival. I had to cal U-Haul and figure how to get the key. No dolly or furniture pads were provided, which had been requested.
