I dropped the truck off at night and used the mobile app to Return my truck. I had no personal contact with anyone but they knew I was coming and left a decent size parking space for the truck.
Shavoyne PThe Truck was not clean and had trash everywhere and also had check engine light on but with all that was said the customer service was great no complaints on that
JOHN MRented a dolly and a furniture mover, and they didn't have a dolly.
Dean SOrdered a 20' truck. The key was not in the lock box and customer service offered me a 15' truck which made the job I rented the truck for exponentially more difficult than it should have been.
