I wanted to take out Safe move insurance which uhaul added despite of I have not selected while reservation. Hane I wanted to take out while pickup the truck. Representative hardly knows the system and took my 40 mins for checkin.
KULDEEP JThe man who took care of the rental knew what he was doing and it all went very smoothly. He was efficient, personable, and knowledgeable. What a difference it makes when someone actually CARES and customer service!

Peter LI just rented the truck for about one and a half hours, just to move four chairs on a table. A $25 cleaning fee was added to my bill after the drop off. I was never told about this. I don’t mind paying it reasonable charges, but upfront transparency is important. You have lost my trust.

STEPHEN PI was rescheduled to another location at the first location pickup time - sorry no car here for you This is not a pleasant experience and it was even further so I had to pay more mileage despite of this inconvenience, no discount no complements uhaul needs to improve customer experience at pickup trucks
DONGHYUN KPlease integrate the website information with checkout. I had to provide the same information twice - eg: Credit card information. Information on emergency contact etc should just be part of the profile. This is not a criticism of the location. It is a criticism of the U-Haul checkout process.

THEKKTHALACKAL KHORRIBLE horrible experience!I made the reservation one week in advance but you guys call me 6am at that day to change my reservation to a different location. When I finally went to that location on time,they told me I don‘t have truck reserved and I am actually on a “waiting list” and they dont have key to the truck,told me to go to a different location (15 mins drive!!) By the time I get my truck, it is one hour past my reservation time. I also rented a 4-way furniture dolly but they gave me nothing. I have to use my bare hands to move furniture on or off the truck. The truck has clearly not broomed for a long time. Funny that they told us to use broom sweep the cart floor while they never did it when hand me the truck. Every aspect of this reservation at U-Haul side has gone wrong and I would NEVER recommended this location or U-Haul to my friends
SIQING XOpening hour for weekend should be earlier than 10am. Usually, people start early for moving over the weekend to be done and a 10am pickup is almost used for the pickup of truck.
SHAHRAM KYou should improve upon your auto check-in. It really would help the front desk gal. He’. Shes extremely nice however . I did all of my check-in ahead of time and she had to re-key in everything and that takes 20 minutes and there are six people behind me
Tana STakes awhile to get checked out — longer than any of the other U-Haul locations I’ve used. Vehicle ran fine, but was dirty on the inside and outside.

ROBERT HPut some lights in the area where the lockbox is so customers can see what they are doing. It's very difficult to unlock a combination that you can't see.

I understand it was indeed past due, but I thought this was just an estimated return time since it’s a daily rate. It is as if you’ve never actually used a U-Haul to move things
KAROL HHaving a facility renting your trucks that is not open (and no information was provided on the requirement to use an online reservation) is unacceptable. I wasted 45 minutes of my moving time and had my moving resources waiting at the move site for almost an hour. When I return the truck, The office was closed at 130pm since there office is only staffed by one person and they had left the office to run errands. The truck was great, price great, Checking in and Checking out was a very frustrating, and ineffective process. I had to try and call you support number to Get the Truck and Return the Truck and spend long hold times. Bad process.
Ron DThe vehicle I had reserved wasn't available at the time I had reserved it. I waited an additional hour, and it still wasn't available. Instead of honoring the guarantee or providing a discount for a different vehicle, the only option I was given was for a more expensive vehicle. This was on top of having to wait in line for 20 min when I was promised I would be able to skip the line by using the app, which was also miserably buggy when I finally got a vehicle to check into. The task I needed the vehicle for required less than an hour between getting into the vehicle and dropping it back off. The rest of the process, including waiting and getting the app to upload photos, took two hours. I hope there is a more convenient option in the future.
Anil KThe vehicle is fine, but the individual running this place is unhinged. Talks to the customer like they're a child or a misbehaved school student. Tries to justify her erratic behavior by blaming random factors that make her behave that way. Convenient location, but I wouldn't want to deal with this person again.
EARL RThe online checkin process is a nightmare. The person at the desk today was amazing. If not for her, I would’ve had a rough day. The site might work, well sometimes, but there is no replacement for customer service.
MICHAEL BWhen I received the van, all the exterior glass was dirty. Before returning it, I cleaned the windows and thoroughly cleaned the cargo area. When I filled it with fuel, it took 6 gallons - far more than needed for my 30 mile rental. The last straw was getting charged $25 cleaning fee for returning the van cleaner than I received it. Disappointing.
KENNETH BI am not a fan of this location. The vehicle smelled and the customer service was condescending.
ANTHONY ASomething is wrong with the vehicle. It would get stuck in a low gear and the RPM's would go over 4 and sounded like the engine was going to blow up. It only reset when I stopped because of a red light. It did this twice during my rental.
RICARDO RAt the turn I , I forgot to bring the furniture dolly I rented, which is per day. The manager wasn’t going to let me check in the truck 4 hour rental until I brought that back but I was there at the end of the four hour window. I had to argue with her and reminded her that the truck was needed by another party. It worked out ok, but I shouldn’t have to argue these things
STEVEN OI was called the day of my reservation and told my requested location had no available vehicles and was told I had to drive an extra 16 miles out to the next available location. I understand that places are short staffed but alerting a customer the day of that the reservation cannot be fulfilled and making them pay more to accommodate for that is not appreciated. I calmly explained my frustration and was met with a rude customer service representative who told me that there was nothing they could do for me except switch my location reservation. I had to have my boyfriend call again and point out there is a $50 refund if a reservation is not met. If I hadn’t had my boyfriend call on my behalf I would’ve been in a much worse situation.

Paulina GIt was easy to get the truck in and out of this location and it is conveniently right next to a gas station so you can fill before returning.
Jared GWe had requested a dolly. But there was no dolly. We had requested pick up after hours so couldn’t ask for the dolly. Not sure if we ended up paying for it anyway or not.
Harmohit DPlease replace the old lady at the front desk with hearing problem's that doesn’t want to stay in the office during the office hours and leave the door locked. It also seems like she loves to confront the customer as soon as the customer walks in. Having a bad day? Great, go home!

Nancy FWe learned we could not get a refund on early return. We had a mishap where our apartment was available early and were hoping to get a refund on the days we didn't use the truck. This is after a horrible experience where we had a tire blow and needed truck assistance moving using uhaul before. We'd hoped after our loyalty we'd receive some better treatment. Made us upset.

GARY HUpdate your online app so that it processes/uploads photos faster. It currently takes multiple minutes to upload return photos, which is highly inconvenient and may lead some customers to believe the app is broken.

Chris BThe system with all mobile app is awful. I was rescheduled to this location because I guess they didn’t have the van I wanted. Then the appointment was adjusted to 1030a at the new location. The lady there was dealing with her own issues and could only refer me to the app and calling 1800 gouhaul. The app showed I didn’t have a reservation. Didn’t leave until almost 1130a. Upon returning the vehicle, the app took forever to load pictures, on top or refreshing and losing my return progress. Had to call the number again after it said I completed the return process and would receive an email as confirmation which I never received. Terrible new system
Shaun GCharged a $20 after hours drop off charge. Wasn’t disclosed at time. Overfilled gas and was 40 min below my drop off time. Very disappointed. Called but they wouldn’t address issue.

Paul FVehicle condition was poor. Broken door handles, broken brake release, no instrument lights and engine light came on during return journey. Very efficient and nice lady working a Plateau Heated Storage made the process quick and easy.
