jakob tman at the front desk has no people skills, doesn’t know how to do his job but supposedly been renting U-Haul’s for 15 years. This place is a scam, and a waste of time and space just like the guy at the front.

RAYMOND MWe had a great experience with renting the truck. However, we only needed the truck for 24 hours, but had to pay a 3 day minimum. We were offered a month of free storage but we didn’t need storage.

DAVID JTruck was OK....your website is well below average - starting with the "contactless pick-up" - which it is not. I spent about 20 minutes getting everything set-up, then, in the rain, it became obvious that there was much more to do when i picked up the truck. The fact that you have to contact the "alternate contact" - is ODD - and, should certainly be noted in the original sign-up process. The website timed out multiple times when i was trying to review the trucks status. i finally just left after 20 min of jerking aroud. Website was completely useless when i tried to extend my rental. And, really odd - rather than calling/texting or emailing me - you called the alternate contact - why?

Troy MThis truck was NOT ready to be rented out! 1. The office staff arrived 30 minutes past my 9:30am appointment. 2. Their software didn't work properly (or user error?) so 15 minutes was wasted getting a copy of my driver's license. (He finally gave up and used the copy machine.) 3. The truck inside was filthy - I had to sweep before I could use it. I took pics of the trash and food spilled out all over the driver's and passenger areas. Empty bottles overflowed from the door pockets. 4. The truck was labeled as having no exterior damage, but I submitted pictures of major scrapes and scratches all over that I could have been responsible for!!

Ernesto GEverything went well, this was my second time renting from this location. The 24/7 mobile pickup was something new, but it was easy to do. Definitely going back to them for my next move!
Edith GComputer system wasn't working, took 50 minutes from time I walked in front door until the time I drove off with trailer. Small portion of lot allocated for uhaul equipment - picking up and returning equipment is difficult. Customer service really wasn't good either, front desk friendliness was terrible.

jossue gRates are high. A $20 quick trip quickly added up to $105- plus I added gas. Please re-evaluate your rates. Other than that, it was quick and very easy!
