You need to improve overall the internet website in which you reserve a truck etc. I actually reserved one item and had to settle for something else. But customer service was great.

DOUGLAS MThe vehicle I rented was more than 15 years old, the check engine light would come on and off, when I first started the truck it was rough idling and needed a serious tuneup. I originally thought I was renting a different vehicle but it was not available. Overall a terrible experience, I should have rented with a different location.
TRACY MThe pick up location was not an issue and the owner was very accommodating however there was an issue with the equipment that he was aware of and still rented the faulty equipment. I feel like it was negligent on his part as well as U-Haul for not repairing the equipment. I rented a 15 foot truck and a car dolly. The tire strap on the dolly was extremely frayed to the point it came completely off the tire of the vehicle it was towing!

JARED SJust confused on how I paid for 23hrs when I didn’t use the full 23hrs I thought they refunded the difference but I don’t think that applies here kinda unsure. Then we talked about coming back at 2 or 3 but unfortunately had some issues that needed to be handled prior to turning it in luckily they had another truck 😇 because I was nervous

TABITHA BOnce again I received my receipt that was supposed to state I rented the equipment on 6/14/2024 at 10:30am my return was on 6/15/2024 at 9:20am at first my receipt said I returned it on 6/16/2024 wasn't true I call supposed to get straight then I received a receipt 6/17/2024 saying it was returned yesterday I never experienced anything like this as long as I was renting from unhaul I'm very disappointed.
