I rented a van to move some stuff 50 miles away. I got to my location and the van was a bit too small. I called and asked if I could switch the van out to a nearby uhaul. The answer was no, I would have to drive the van back to the original location and do the switch. Why, it's the same company? Waste of $100 for a 1.5 hour trip! What a RIP-OFF!Deedreon H.

Excellent service, clean truck, tip top maintenance on the truck, truck responded well and was tuned, efficient, and in excellent working order. All lights and blinkers appeared to be in good working order. Truck was clean as a whistle on the inside and in the cargo area. No complaints.JOHN B.
The owner was terrific. He called upon me picking up my truck. And made sure the mobile process of picking up my truck was smooth. The day I went to pick up my truck, the women sitting at the counter that day WAS NOT HELPFUL. Initially when I can came in she was on a personal call on her cellphone. I understand multitasking, although she wasn't paying attention to me at all. She was much more invested in her conversation about getting lower mortgage payments. She was whispering to me as if I was interrupting her conversation. Once in the truck is smells, and is filled with dirt. My request for 2 dollys were not in my truck also. Upon returning the truck the same women from earlier was rude. I asked her about the Uhaul app, needing some assistance simply because the app instructed me to talk to actual clerk. She responded that she was not going to help, and I can call the uhaul number for further assistance. I'll be taking my business elsewhere. She was not helpful very unprofessional. The lady at the Uhaul Pleasantdale Road was very lazy, did not get up from her seat to show me where the truck was. The other lady that received the keys stopped me by the door told me I can't enter without a mask. Deceiving I will not go back to that location, ever again.INGRID V.

My experience making my reservation with Uhaul was great. The staff were friendly and helpful. The inside cabin of the truck had not been cleaned in sometime. The steering wheel, dashboard, floorboards, consoles, and windshield all needed to be cleaned. This was the first time that I've rented a Uhaul truck with this level of grime, dust, and dirt. I am especially concerned considering the current COVID-19 pandemic and the level of cleanliness not being implemented by Uhaul. During these times standard protocol should be a thorough inside cleaning after each renter. I only needed the truck for a couple hours and I washed and sanitized my hands frequently.TURCINA M.

The affordability and accessibility made this experience so much better than the competition. The self pick up/drop-off through the website was very convenient since I needed a rental truck during times the office was closed. I underestimated how much time I would need and was able to extend my reservation after a friendly and quick call with a representative. I spent less than anticipated and had a smooth experience. This was awesome, I will definitely be using U-Haul again.Stephanie J.
The lady that works at this location should take a customer service course NOT class, COURSE. Walked in for on-line reservation, told me to complete the reservation on my phone, during the process the app errored out and said my phone number was already being used. If formed the LADY of this message and she said, NO! not aware! no lets try another option, NOTHING! piss poor service.Keith S.

I arrived just before 3:00 in the afternoon. Everyone was getting ready to leave. This is they have no time to help me. I set my car for 45 minutes completing all of the additional information after I'd already done the online free checking stuff. I mean it's all fine but so many pictures then had to be taken and submitted. And information I to be submitted not once have twice. I submitted the driver's license front and back. And then it input by hand the driver's license number drivers name driver's birthday and so on. Then on down the page I was told we had to take a front picture and the back picture again and surveyed all the information again in order to verify. I mean it gets a little silly doesn't. The truck was great. The price was decent. But the preliminary information gathering with tedious and time consuming. I will remember that a long timeTornike G.

The people who were in evolved in my services were super lovely. The first people who booked my reservation was willing to provide me with detailed information on where I could get the truck, my closest location, and the cost involved. We spoke well, and his customer services were extraordinary. Fortunately, at the place of pick up, I didn't want to leave, but I had to. She was as lovely as the first person. The truck was in a food shape, cleaned, and places in a pleasant environment. It is my wish that anyone who wants your services should have similar customer service experience.Samuel A.

When I made a reservation I was called by uhaul to say that they didn't have my 20' truck and had to relocate me to this Pleasantdale address and said they would give me 15miles to cover the extra mileage. Well it didn't cover the amount from the original pickup spot and we had to pay extra. Also when we picked up the truck we paid $120 and it was supposed to be $99.
