I had reservations for a different location and for some reason Uhaul changed me to this location. Although, Uhaul worked with me, this location in particular wasn't very good. First off, they charged me for insurance, which I declined but Uhaul themselves reimbursed me. Secondly I ask to buy moving blankets unaware I was only renting them, they didn't communicate this. I was charged for not bringing them back but once I brought back they supposedly reimbursed me. Waiting for the credit to show up. The kicker is I had to drive extra just to return them. I never had this problem from other locations. Save yourself and go to a different location. Also the Uhaul was not swept out, the back floor was dirty, so I'm wondering if they charged the previous renter and didn't clean it out??? Makes one wonder.

Not happy that I had to drive 33 miles to get a truck I reserved 3.2 miles from me over a month ago.

There was no sign to tell you to go into the motel 8 of which their office is run out of. So we didn’t speak with anyone at the drop off site. My husband left the trailer in the lot. The next day I called and we got the verification that we dropped off the trailer. So they were helpful on the phone.

Only hiccup we had was having to go to the next town over from the original pick up location because of availability. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable.

My overall U-Haul experience today was not great. We arrived at the location where I reserved the trailer and the facility was closed. After looking at my account the pickup location was changed and I was never notified. I went to the location where my reservation was changed to and they did not have any working trailers. After 45 min they redirected us to another U-Haul location. All of this put us behind on our move by 1 1/2 hours. We received a discount for all the hassle of only $5.00!!

Your system is broken. It should not take over 45 minutes and a lengthy phone call to support to check out a tow dolly. Your system wouldn't recognize or release the equipment for rental and it required a technical workaround from the agent on the phone.

I returned the hula Sunday 3am but was charged through Monday Uhaul leaked and all my merchandise got wet. Very unhappy.
