Your system is broken. It should not take over 45 minutes and a lengthy phone call to support to check out a tow dolly. Your system wouldn't recognize or release the equipment for rental and it required a technical workaround from the agent on the phone.

I returned the hula Sunday 3am but was charged through Monday Uhaul leaked and all my merchandise got wet. Very unhappy.
