Jun G.Improve the 'after hours pick up' experience. I was on the phone, for 30 minutes, waiting for customer care because the uhaul.com website kept malfunctioning. Hence, I was unable to retrieve my truck via mobile device. There needs to be a more manual method of getting the keys in the event the website is down or location services on one's phone isn't working properly. Moving forward, I will probably only schedule pick-ups during operating hours, since the 'after hours' experience was so horrible.

Jinxiang L.I sent an email to customer service. I Haul has gone downhill. Why reserve a truck if an hour before pick up you are told it's not available and then they have you go to 2 different locations far from your initial pick up! Then you get charged more for gas and mileage!
