The trailer had a broken door that was difficult to close. The employee didn't know how to put a padlock through the chains on an old trailer with no hole for a lock. Had to go to another U-Haul to get it locked securely with my padlock . You need to get rid of old, broken trailers and get knowledgeable staff.
