Christian DJ'ai du débattre ma réservation à 2 jours de ma date de déménagement. Heureusement que jai appelé car je n'aurais pas eu de camion et de plus jai failli ne pas pouvoir faire la remise de mon camion au point de dépôt souhaité... J'ai de la difficulté à recevoir le remboursement de mon 100$ de dépôt de sécurité... Bref, dernière fois pour moi!

William DIt was my first ever experience with U-HAUL and I admit I wasnt happy with a few things. First of all, the interior was filthy. Sticky substances were on the floor, on the dash and everywhere in between, I even found a 710ml Budweiser beer can behind the driver's seat. I also had to buy windshield washer, the tank was empty and, considering the weather, that is one of the things that should be checked. I hoped I would have a certain refund for the inconvieniences.

Ronaldo PMa réservation n'était pas là à l'heure et l'endroit désigné.....j'ai du faire 45 de route supplémentaire et j'ai perdu 2hrs de ma journée de déménagement à attendre après le camion....service broche à foin comme je n'ai jamais vu, je devais me faire rembourser mon kilométrage supplémentaire et au lieu de ça on me l'a charger en plus....c'est de la merde !!

Pierre MAfter reviewing some videos and other instructions, I noticed that the trailer did not have as many security chains for tie down as it appears it should have as standard.
Jean SLocation réservée depuis plusieurs mois, et Uhaul m'a contacté 2 jours avant la prise de possession du camion pour indiquer que je devais récupérer le camion ailleurs que prévue (1h30 de route plus loin). Aucun remboursement pour l'essence en surplus que cela a causé. Aucune compréhension des employés Uhaul. Bien déçu de leur service!

Karen MOn m’a chargé 25$ de frais de nettoyage alors que j’ai remis le camion propre et on a refusé de me remettre un reçu final. Je devais le recevoir par sms mais je n’ai jamais reçu.
Gabriel LI needed a clear and safe reservation for a specific date for a truck I am allowed to drive. Unfortunately I had to find a driver and I use a bigger and more expencive truck. I paid 400$ more at the end. And about the equipment we couldn’t be sure because of missing informations. Uhaul is good when we need to move very far and let the equipment there when one doesn’t habe a specific date.

Richard PThe location was fine, but I did not book to rent from that location. I booked to rent from the location in Quebec City, and I was only told that my truck wasn’t available less than 24 hours before an inter-city move with movers booked to help. Absolutely atrocious that U-Haul would put us in that position. It was lucky that I was in a position to drive two hours out of my way to St-Georges to pick up the van that we used, but I shouldn’t have needed to do this. I do not blame the local location - it is the company’s fault.

Valerie SThe pickup point was change less than 48 hours before my moving day. I had miss work to pick up the truck. And the app didn’t work well for the return. Had to wait on phone for 15 minutes before the app work. Followed the guide to fill to 1/2 tank. It went up to 3/4.
Samuel LTruc pas verifier dechets a l’intérieur et boite vide laisser traîner en arrière dans le cube , plu de gaz donc obligé d’aller en plus tinker car il indiquait vide la cour pas deneiger suite a la tempête de la veille vraiment déçu de la première expérience personnellement nous louerons pas a nouveau avec cette compagnie
