daniel lI booked 2.5 months in advance, but a day before, they canceled my truck and offered one requiring a Category 3 license, even though I have a Class 5. Since I was moving and couldn't change the date, I had to desperately find a driver and pay extra. To make matters worse, the requested equipment (dolly and blankets) wasn't ready; I had to look for them in another truck and pack them myself. Terrible service.
