Ma réservation n'était pas là à l'heure et l'endroit désigné.....j'ai du faire 45 de route supplémentaire et j'ai perdu 2hrs de ma journée de déménagement à attendre après le camion....service broche à foin comme je n'ai jamais vu, je devais me faire rembourser mon kilométrage supplémentaire et au lieu de ça on me l'a charger en plus....c'est de la merde !!
