Im not sure which company charged my card, but i had reserved a 15' truck then was confirmed a 20' truck in a location further than i would have wanted. When i got there i was able to secure the 15' truck instead but i dont know if extra charges were from original 20' confirmation or whether it was from my dolley but i dont think a dolley was 60$ to rent?Rachel P.

RÃ©server en ligne des semaines Ã l'avance avec toutes les informations, recevoir un courriel de confirmation me disant que finalement je devrai aller chercher mon camion Ã un autre endroit (mais que je ne connais pas encore), pour se faire dire quelques jours avant mon dÃ©mÃ©nagement qu'il n'y a pas de camion de disponible. Devoir m'obstiner et me fÃ¢cher au tÃ©lÃ©phone en parlant Ã l'employÃ©e qui me dit que je devrai aller chercher mon camion plus loin mais qu'on ne me crÃ©ditera pas de km supplÃ©mentaires ni de temps de plus avec le camion pour compenser... pour finalement obtenir exactement la rÃ©servation que j'avais faite en ligne. C'est ridicule. Ã€ croire que vous surbookez et comptez sur le fait que plusieurs clients vont annuler et devoir se dÃ©brouiller Ã la derniÃ¨re minute Ã cause de vos politiques exÃ©crables. C'est au client qui se fÃ¢che et qui s'obstine le plus qui mÃ©ritera de voir sa rÃ©servation honorÃ©e? Wow, vraiment, bravo. Vous louez des camions de dÃ©mÃ©nagement, il me semble que c'est simple Ã comprendre que la location du camion et toute la logistique qui entoure un dÃ©mÃ©nagement est stressante et que, quand on rÃ©serve Ã l'avance un camion, on devrait pouvoir se fier qu'on va l'avoir. Et j'ajoute pour finir que je plains vos employÃ©s qui doivent passer leurs journÃ©es au tÃ©lÃ©phone Ã gÃ©rer des clients Ã©videmment insatisfaits et leur expliquer des politiques qui n'ont pas de sens. Educate the staff at this location. Because they couldn't provide me with the size of truck I wanted, they had to access my online order to change the size of truck they could provide me with. By doing so they seem to have altered other things too which made me lose 45 minutes of my time when attempting to pick up the truck. I needed to call and speak to different levels of people just to get my order validated before taking possession of the truck. I love your online service and I love how you can provide so many locations the issue is with the lack of knowledge from the retailers you use.MARIE-ANDREE J.

Truck dropped off her after less than 6 hours from pickup. The location is now trying to charge me a half day. Then I had a contract for 1 day and 12 hours for the truck. I've demanded an immediate refund.Peter S.
I wish I could give negative stars for the whole eperience ... I've sent extensive details to the service email, but I'm pretty sure you don't care. Everything that could have been screwed up was, everything that could possibly go wrong did, and the online and phone help systems absolutely suck and anyone you talk to on those is useless. We were not contacted before our initial pick up and our pick up location had changed without us knowing. When we eventually got to our new pick up spot, the truck they had reserved for us was broken. I was then assigned a truck in a neighboring town 1 hour away. We had to take a $80 Lyft to the new location. When we arrived to the new location, the business was closed and there were no employees. After I called Headquarters, they said that there was a 26' truck available that we could drive if we used the self booking app. The size we initially booked was 15'. Our move was delayed by 4 hours. We had to cancel our movers which cost us a cancellation fee of $20.Brydone C.

Recommending this spot would be because of location. Close to my Cottage and easy to find. Now its easy to find. Over all experience with U-Haul was AWESOME at the end. I purchased a cottage three years ago and did a lot of truck (My Dodge and trailer) to haul items. I never thought of U-Haul and the price was good. In the long run, the 20' truck would've been cheaper from taking my truck all the time. Overall extremely happy with my experience with U-Haul. But I would get more detailed info on drop off if I do this again. And I also believe you should ask the person if they no exactly where they're dropping it off. All the best Gordon Pickupgordan P.

The truck was ready when promised... we could easily pay with our credit card on the phone. The person picking up the truck had no issue with the clerk upon arrival (everybody was informed of who was picking up, payment had been done, etc.) Arrangements for drop off were also easy. I wanted to rent a truck in Thurso Quebec because it was closer. I called that location in Thurso Quebec and it was not good. That person booked me for Saturday morning..I called on thursday prior to my saturday pick up and asked him what time he would be their. He said in french, I dont know and hung up on me. I called back right away and he had his answering machine on. I again called back on the Friday prior to my pick up and as i was just about to ask him a question he hung up on me. Not very professional. I went on Saturday morning to the location and waited around 2hrs for my truck. WOW how poor is that. So i rented at the other location the following week. It was fine but because it was further away it cost me more than I had budgeted for this job. So at this point i am telling everybody to not call the location in Thurso. As well I am planning on moving again in about 1.5 yrs and will consider other options based on my poor experience. The location that i was able to rent from was great but do to the great distance from my house it ended up costing me more time and money. As well i tried many times the location in Buckingham over the course of several days and there was never any response. I look forward to hear back from you on this matter, like I said I plan to move again and would prefer to use your service. Thank You DanielDaniel B.

Le service Ã©tait trÃ¨s bien Ã cet endroit. Toutefois, ce n'Ã©tait pas lÃ qu'on devait aller chercher la remorque... Notre rÃ©servation Ã©tait toute Ã l'envers : rÃ©servation initiale faite du samedi au lundi, avec point de service pour prendre la remorque Ã quelques minutes de notre point de dÃ©part. On a voulu changer les dÃ©tails de la personne contact par tÃ©lÃ©phone, mais on nous a dit que ce n'Ã©tait pas possible. AprÃ¨s cela, la rÃ©servation en ligne disait une chose et l'Ã©cran du personnel du service Ã la clientÃ¨le, autre chose. Pas surprenant que je jour avant la rÃ©servation, on se soit rendu compte que notre rÃ©servation ne faisait plus aucun sens, ayant Ã©tÃ© repoussÃ©e au dimanche... On a rÃ©ussi Ã trouver une remorque libre le samedi, mais Ã 1h de route de notre point de dÃ©part (donc 2h de route supplÃ©mentaire en tout!) On devait recevoir un appel avant 20 h le jour prÃ©cÃ©dent la prise en charge de la remorque pour changer d'endroit pour aller la chercher, mais bien sÃ»r, personne ne nous a donnÃ© signe de vie. Nous avons donc Ã©tÃ© chercher la remorque Ã cet endroit qui, lui, nous a offert un trÃ¨s bon service.Vincent D.

The only reason that I would not recommend this location is that I was supposed to pick-up in Ottawa, but instead had to drive 80km each way into Quebec to pick up a truck that was 5ft larger than what I ordered. I was also informed of this change the day before.ERIKA S.
