PAUL PThe only issue was the trailer lights had some issues. I assume it's just normal wear and tear and the wiring needs a minor repair. I let them know, hopefully they get it fixed on that trailer.
ORREY NOrdering and pick up were easy. But when I got the vehicle, I went to start to load then had to move vehicle and the battery was completely dead. I did not move any of my things because the vehicle was dead. I took vehicle back after maintenance came and changed out the battery, but it said time I only had a few hours left of a rental to try to do everything that I needed to do. I had no time to finish or even start my move. I took said vehicle right back to drop off point. And this was a nice little maybe 10 mile drive for $82. I find it could be quite bullshit that I have to pay $82 for a vehicle that does not work properly and I could not do my said move.
MARK HThe truck I rented had something wrong with it, when I was driving the empty truck back to return it, I had to take the highway. It literally was bouncing! I was so scared. It would be nice if you could get the truck looked at for safety of course.

POE LWhen asking how to properly load and secure the vehicle on the car hauler the response "there's directions right there if you can read" is not an appropriate answer, maybe give a demonstration and then explain you are unable to load the vehicle due to liability reasons.
NATALIE BAustin was very helpful and got us in and out quickly. The U-Haul itself drove pretty well. It was not the smoothest ride, but did the job.the moving blankets were a big help.
TANNER BCharged me $25 because the blankets weren’t folded in the truck. Didn’t even open 3 of the 6 bags I paid for. Truck was cleaner when I left it than when I picked it up. Apparently somewhere amongst the 100’s of stickers on the truck there is a small one that says to fold the blankets.

David RThe lady at the desk who helped me with the paper work was very friendly and careful in helping me understand the rules for renting the truck. I give her a 5 Star rating. I had a very positive experience there. I also want to say that the manager over the U-Hall business and the storage units should get a 6 star rating for helping us also with truck when we returned it, as well as the storage units. I will definitely recommend both businesses.

Donald EClean the windshield from prior use/bugs. Pull the truck out so it is positioned ready to go. I had a really hard time backing it out with all of the cars parked around it. The staff was friendly.
Mark RThe app is HORRENDOUS and made this entire process so much more complicated. I thought communication was spotty at best and was charged for items that were not included in the UHaul. I would be extremely surprised if we ever used UHaul again. Arguably one of our worst moving experiences we've had simply due to UHaul alone. Do better.

Blair II was billed for breaking a hand truck, when in fact I returned the hand truck in the same condition it was given to me in.
Spencer DThe staff and pick up were easy and efficient. The 10’ truck we rented did not have Bluetooth and maxed out at 75 MPH. Which was surprise as we drove though areas where other U-Haul trucks were passing us… I guess I will ask more questions when I rent next time.

robert fIt was gated and we could not get out. We were stuck and no one would answer any phone number listed. This should not be an u haul drop off point, there is zero communication anywhere.

Jared TLetting customers know that if they want to pick up the equipment earlier than they can ask and have the keys in a pick up box. Also that we need a combo to get the gate open.

Tyler OWe were helped by the u-haul phone number and they told me I had truck share which meant that we could return the truck after hours. they obviously knew what location I was at because she told me that i could call the number I was talking to back and get the gate code. However when we returned the truck after hours the gate was closed the 24/7 phone number was also closed until 4am. We had to get a hotel to stay the night while waiting for the place to open. What a disaster!
