When I dropped off around 1:30, the office was closed and there was a line of people waiting. I would expect there to be at least 1 person in the office at all times. I didn't see an employee in the 15 minutes I was there.

I came to get the truck at 8 am using the app. I couldn’t get the app to provide the information I needed to get in and get the key until 8:20. I had people coming to help load at 9am. This glitch added to the stress of a stressful moving day
Roger AStaff were friendly and location was great. Trailer has ash and black soot remnants. Everything placed inside needed to be cleaned.
