My experience with Rebeka was awesome. When I was unable to pick up my reservation in Orem Uhaul representatives find me a unit in Bluffdale. It was ready and greeted with a very friendly happy face. Thank you Rebeka for making my experience. Awesome. You rock.!! most definitely will rent from the Bluffdale location again.

Ken B⭐ 1/5 — Completely Unacceptable Experience We had a confirmed U-Haul reservation at Point of the Mountain Storage in Draper for 10:00 a.m. on a Saturday. When we arrived, the office was packed with customers waiting because their computer system was down and they couldn’t process any rentals. Meanwhile, the trucks—including the one we reserved—were sitting right outside on the lot, ready to go. We explained that we had to be out of an apartment that day and had several people already waiting there to help us move furniture. We were simply told they didn’t know when the system would be back up and that it could be hours. There was very little concern shown for the situation and seemingly no effort to offer an alternative or help us find another solution. What really made this unacceptable was being told that these system problems are a fairly common occurrence. If that’s the case, why is there no backup procedure? For a business that rents moving trucks—where customers are dealing with leases ending, move-out deadlines, hired help, and tight schedules—it is unbelievable that there isn’t some type of contingency plan when the computer system goes down. Technical problems happen. That’s understandable. Having no backup plan for a known recurring problem and leaving a room full of customers stranded is not. Everyone waiting that morning was equally frustrated, and several people were in the same position we were—needing to be out of their residence that day. A confirmed reservation should mean something, especially when people are depending on your equipment to make a time-sensitive move. This was easily one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. The system failure was frustrating, but the complete lack of preparedness, urgency, and concern for customers was far worse. I would not recommend relying on this location for a move where timing actually matters.
Matthew BI want to recognize three outstanding employees at U-Haul: Rebecca, Justin, and Andersen. They each made what could have been a stressful experience so much easier, and I truly appreciate their exceptional customer service. Rebecca was absolutely wonderful when I picked up my truck rental and rented my storage unit. She was incredibly helpful, kind, sweet, and knowledgeable. I also had the opportunity to witness her handle a very stressful situation with a crowded office filled with customers. She remained calm, patient, professional, and completely in control the entire time. It was impressive to see someone provide such excellent service under pressure. I also want to give a huge thank you to Justin and Andersen. The night before, I called because I needed to rent a truck with a ramp to move a washer and dryer from my storage unit next door at Extra Space Storage. Justin generously offered to help me move the appliances the next morning so I wouldn’t have to rent a truck at all. The next morning, Justin and Andersen showed up just as promised and helped me move my washer and dryer from my storage unit at Extra Space Storage to my new unit at Point of the Mountain Storage. They didn’t have to do that, but they chose to help anyway. They truly went above and beyond in customer service and were absolute heroes to me. As a single woman trying to move heavy appliances by myself, their kindness and willingness to help meant more than I can express. Thank you, Rebecca, Justin, and Andersen, for your professionalism, compassion, and outstanding customer service. U-Haul is fortunate to have employees like you representing the company.
