I scheduled my truck for 24 hours, from 5pm to 5 pm. Without notice, this location changed my return time to 8:30am. So I get there in the evening to get it picked up for the next day, only to find out that I need to get it dropped off that morning. I started to call uhaul customer support which took forever to get ahold of. I chose the call me back option and decided to take it home hopefull to get the return time sorted. Then the gate was closed and I didn't have the gate code any more. It's only like 20 minutes after closing, but I called their emergency phone number over 20 times to get the gate code. They never picked up the call. I waited for over an hour before going to the back gate and finding a sensor on that gate. Im never going to rent from point of the mountain storage again.

I want to say that Rebecca handled this morning (05/30/26) very well. There was 8 people in line at 9 in the morning all frustrated because the system was down. I know it was down because not even the app was working, I called other locations and their system was "slow". Next I find out that the 26 foot truck that was supposed to be reserved for me didnt come in the night before. Rebecca did try to call me ahead of time but I didnt answer. She was able to help me reserve another truck when I wasn't able to find anything else at any other location.
Emilio CExcellent service and the employee who handled my transaction was friendly and skillfully attached the trailer. When I returned, he quickly came to me to detach the trailer. No customer service improvement is needed.

DAVID CNo proper directions on how to get there. Takes you to a locked storage unit gate. Turns out you have to take a completely different road and go all the way around just to get to the proper entrance
