The attendant at this location was very rude. Not helpful at all. In fact, I had to check the truck in on my cell phone rather than him checking me in at the desk because he refused. He said that this was not the right drop off point even though my contract BBC and my U-Haul account said that was the place to drop it off. I had no issues checking the truck in using my cell phone.james G.
I was asked if I would bring the truck back 5 hours early because they had overbooked. I was trying to be nice and so I said yes. We had delays and I still needed the truck. They said if I kept it I would pay for a second day. They Would not let me use another truck , even a smaller truck for the 5 hours.Patricia A.

I was not given the gate code to get in to the storage facility. Took me an hour past my pick up time to get truck. I was on hold for 45 mins trying to get uhaul to help me with the self service pick up. I ordered a 26' truck and was given a 20' truck because the 26' was broken. Then at 11 am I am getting calls from the storage place to see if I am going to have the truck back in time in the middle of trying to move! After this nightmare I don't believe I will use uhaul again!Becca L.

I made my original rental at American Stone 2100 N 1200 W in Lehi, UT. I received no email or phone call to notify me that they would not have a 26' truck. I showed up there and they were short and rude (even a little eye rolling) as they told me to drive 10-12 miles back the direction that I had just come from in rush hour traffic. I don't know if it was because they couldn't hear me through my mask and their plexiglass, but I felt discounted and they didn't do much to smooth over the situation with the reservation being moved. The gentleman at the Point of the Mountain site was very friendly and helpful - great service.WALLY L.

Truck was dirty inside the cabin, a lot of dog hair on seats. On return the location main gate was closed, there was no entry code in the application. I tried to call Uhaul info line, spent over 30 minutes, been connected from agent to agent and the call dropped after all. Luckily there was someone coming to their storage and they were so kind and let me in so I was able to return the truckRafal S.

The difficulty I had was my original drop off location was full. I was forced to back up the trailer into pretty heavy traffic. After that it was unclear what I should do. I called around to other neighborhood dealers to see who actually had decent room for one before calling the main Uhaul number to switch drop off locations without being penalized.Craig J.

The truck still had garbage in it from previous user. The trailer we were given was broken(wouldn't crank) and had no electrical connector cable. We ended up switching trailers(wasting my time). Don't cancel a reservation because no truck is available. We asked for blankets and the truck didn't have any and we would have had to drive another half hour to find some blankets. The process to get a truck and equipment is tedious.Doug B.

The reason I rated this location as poor is not due to the location itself or the personnel. It is due to the way Uhaul operates. I set up the pickup location much closer to my location a week ahead of time expecting it to be there. Uhaul should have delivered it to this location but you put you expect the customer to to do your job for you and pick it up wherever it is.michael M.

The app can be improved. I turned on all locators on my phone and still couldn't find me But when I was not at the u-haul location yet it knew I wasn't there yet an it told me so. So the app was kind of frustrating.Ivanoe L.
